1. Who we are
Mazic Deals is a sole-proprietor property assistance business serving Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse our website, create an account, list a property, request a visit or enquire about our services.

2. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone number, self-declared account type (Owner, Agent or Developer), optional company name and account activity. Email/password accounts store a password hash rather than a readable password.
- Listings: property location, price, area, features, descriptions, uploaded photos, draft versions and moderation decisions.
- Enquiries: contact information, requirements, messages, requested visits and related follow-up records.
- Technical information: session identifiers, security and rate-limit records, and information processed in server logs such as IP addresses, request times and errors.
- Preferences and acknowledgements: saved-property references in your browser and records of policy acceptance.
3. Continue with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides a verified email address, a stable Google account identifier and basic profile information. We store your Google identifier, name and email to create and recognise your Mazic Deals account. A profile picture may be included by Google, but the current sign-in implementation does not store it.
We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files. The access token used to retrieve basic profile information is not retained. Google account information is used for account creation, sign-in and account support, not targeted advertising or sale.
You can revoke Google access in Google Account connections. Revoking access does not itself delete your Mazic Deals records; contact us to request deletion. Google also processes information under its Privacy Policy.
4. How we use information
- Provide and secure accounts, save drafts and manage listings.
- Review submissions, publish approved property information and prevent misleading or unauthorised posts.
- Respond to enquiries, arrange requested visits and discuss the property or service you asked about.
- Investigate misuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.
Phone numbers are contact details and are not marked verified merely because you use Google or email/password sign-in. If mobile verification is enabled, the verification screen will explain the code process.
5. What becomes public
Approved listings can display the property details and photos you submit. Other visitors may view, share or copy publicly available information. Your account email and phone are kept in the team workspace rather than automatically displayed as listing contacts. Do not put private contact information, identity documents, faces or confidential material into public descriptions or photos without appropriate permission.
Drafts and submissions awaiting approval are not published as public listings. Mazic Deals staff can access them to review and support your submission.
7. Cookies, browser storage and external services
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect authentication and registration flows. Saved-property references are stored in browser local storage. Clearing browser data can remove these preferences and sign you out. The current website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
Google sign-in, WhatsApp, Google Maps and embedded YouTube content are external services. Opening a link or loading an embedded player may send technical information to that provider. These services have their own privacy policies. WhatsApp messages are sent only when you choose to send them in WhatsApp.
8. Retention and security
We retain account, listing and enquiry information for as long as needed for the relevant service, account support, security, disputes or applicable legal requirements. Expired authentication records are removed through routine application cleanup. Backups and operational logs may persist for a further period before replacement or deletion.
We use measures such as password hashing, restricted team access and protected session cookies. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Do not share account credentials, and contact us promptly if you suspect misuse.
9. Your choices and privacy requests
You can edit or withdraw listings through your account. Withdrawal removes the listing from public view but does not automatically erase review history or backups.
Email contact@mazicdeals.com to request access, correction, account closure or deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, stop optional communications, or raise a privacy grievance. We may ask for proportionate verification before acting. We will explain any records we need to keep and respond as required by applicable law. Do not email passwords, OTPs or unnecessary identity documents.
10. Age and policy updates
Account registration and property posting are intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate.
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The updated date and version appear on this page. Where applicable, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
